1 teaspoon Isle of Skye Sea Salt Crystals

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, parsley, thyme, rosemary, Isle of Skye Sea Salt Crystals, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Scoop the compound butter onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Shape it into a log, then wrap it tightly.
