Directions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk or cream. Beat lightly with a fork until combined.
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted and foamy, pour in the beaten eggs. Let them sit for 20-30 seconds to set the bottom slightly.
Using a spatula, gently push and fold the eggs from the edges into the center, allowing the uncooked portion to reach the hot pan surface.
Continue pushing and folding until the eggs are softly scrambled and still creamy, about 2-3 minutes total.
Remove from heat and gently stir in the Isle of Skye Sea Salt Crystals with Seaweed Flakes and black pepper to taste.
