“We are very excited to announce that Radio Skye will be launching this April its brand new 'Youth Space' project with our new mentor Robert MacInnes who will be sharing his skills in radio broadcasting, production editing, social media. promotion, interviewing techniques and presenting with young people aged 16-24.
If you would like more information, whether you are a young person, carer or work with young people, then get in touch with Robert: robert@radioskye.com. This project will be tailored to each individual, developing skills that are transferable, helping young people gain confidence, have a voice and improves self-esteem and help combat social anxieties.
Robert joined Radio Skye in his teens and at the age of 24 he presents two fantastic shows 'Friday Night Trad and Friday Anthems plus stand in Breakfast and Drivetime presenter. He is also a talented musician and teacher and comes with lots of experience working with young people through music tuition.
